What pushchairs are you all getting?

For us its between the iCandy Apple and iCandy strawberry. iCandy are by far the best pushchair I have tested - strong, sturdy with decent size seats so they will last.

I really liked the babystyle oyster but when I tested it thought it was TINY - the seat unit looks like it would be too small for a 1 year old let alone a toddler and me being tall myself I felt like I was pushing a dolls pram :haha:

I also quite liked the surf but the tiny little basket was a big no for me.

What do you UK ladies think of the brand Jane???

Anyone know if the SilverCross 3D handles are extendable? We were playing with it yesterday but couldn't really work it out and another family stole the shop assistant for the whole time we were in there!

I have the Quinny Buzz 3 from what I had with DS. Just need to buy a Dreami Carrycot to go with it. Its a great pushchair!! X

I had my eye on the Silvercross Surf too. My mum is determined to get a big old-style slivercross coach-built pram despite how impractical it would be for me right now!

What does everyone think of the babystyle oyster? x

as i dont drive i havent needed to think about how my pram will fit in my car, and we have a pushchair which we will use if we are in OH's car but he works shifts and this wont be very often!
so i went for the babystyle cream letherette pram 3in1.
i wanted a nice bouncy pram so this was the best option for me!

Jade I liked the oyster but just felt it was too small. The carrycot is tiny and the seat unit looks like it would struggle once they were about 1 year old. Being tall myself I also felt like I was pushing a dolls pram as it was very low! I like the colors though!

Wow, this is a great thread! I haven't bought anything yet, so was looking for recommendations as well. I'd never heard of the Babyjogger City Mini before, but it looks exactly like what I want. Light, easily foldable, and can take a Maxi Cosi car seat. Just need to give it a trial run at a shop, pick accessories, and I think OH's credit card will be smoking slightly ...

I got a graco luxury travel system..Its similar to this

I cant wait to try it out :D

Ooh love pushchair threads! I've had loads with dd and ds but we're sticking with Harry's bugaboo chameleon for this baba just bought some new fabrics :) x

I was trying to figure that out the other day as well and am still not sure... I've bought it anyway cause DH and myself are both shorties anyway (5'6" for me and 5'8" (5'9" if you ask him haha!!) for DH!) so it shouldn't make a difference for us!

We've got the Britax B Smart 4 wheeler in Atoll Blue :) it came today, ordered it online and got a great bargain! Carry cot in blue is on its way as well and cosy toes which mum treated us to! We just couldn't wait and had a go at putting it up today! :)

This is what it looks like (just a piccie I found off google)

We're planning on getting a quinny buzz 3. Does anyone one know the difference between the 2011 and 2012 models? All I can see is that the wheels are a different colour! xo

The silvercross 3d I had did have handles that you could change the hight on so if the newer models kept the same design then yes it should have :)

I loved the i candy cherry but wanted the mulberry colour which I wasnt sure would suit a boy and as Im staying team yellow it would have meant buying after birth which I didnt want to do...so I went for the oyster after trying loads out & the option of buying a colour pack after birth was a bonus.
I did think the carrycot was a little small but then again it seemed that all the newer systems had this problem and it was not the smallest Id seen, the handles have different height settings and I took my frinds little girl who was 18 months with me and she had plenty of room in the pushchair bit :flower:

Has anyone looked at the petite star kurvi match? I think it's stunning and really good value for money! About £300 Inc foot muff and changing bag etc x

Hadnt looked at this one before but I like!! :D
Gotta make my decision by thursday, this could be a top contender hehe :flower:

Silvercross surf for us! I played about with a lot of them & just loved the way it handled & looked! We got it in slate & I just love it! I complained to the shop assistant that the basket was small on it so she threw in the additional basket that is usually an extra £20! xx
