Today when I wiped I had a tiny amount of pink on the TP I called my doctor and they didn't call me back :/ I'm 13 weeks today and this is the first blood I've seen. I'm also cramping tonight but I've been cramping on and off my entire pregnancy. Should I go to the ER or just wait and call my doctor again tomorrow?

Honestly, if its just a little and there has not been any more since, your doc would tell you to wait or not worry unless it fill a pad. Most women have a little spotting at sometime
especially after sex or exams.
if it would ease your mind you always have the option to go to the ER but if you are not bleeding now they probably won't take you seriously or they could just make your anxiety worse cause at 13 weeks the ER won't do anything to help or save a baby. They would just say its "not a viable pregnancy" or scare you. Your best bet is to try to call or get in with your OB to check on baby tomorrow.

Yea I agree with above post. I had alil spotting also earlier on in my pregnancy. I went in to the ER and they said everything was good that it happens during pregnancy.

Of course it could be nothing but I would go to the ER if only to ease your mind about it.

I would rest and drink plenty of water but I'm sure all is fine if it was just when you wiped and not again. If there's more then maybe call an on call nurse but otherwise I would just call tomorrow. :hugs:

I was always told that any blood in pregnancy merits checking out although the ER is usually not the best place. Did you manage to contact your doctor in the end?

I had bleeding at 13 weeks when pregnant with ds not long after my 12 week scan, I phoned the midwife who said they wouldn't scan me again so soon after the last one but she came out to me and checked the heartbeat on the doppler and prescribed rest for a few days xx

If you had sex, that could be why. Did you ever get a call back?

Hope you and LO are doing alright, did you ever get in touch with your doctor?
