What should I do?

Well, we had a argument and because of that he isn't paying for his daughter anymore... The last payment I got was 10th November, should I phone up the CSA about it?

i am in same situation atm hoping he would pay but looks like csa will have to get it

With me the CSA get it, but he isn't paying it to them cause of this fight we had... -.- so don't know what they can really do. :s

the csa will get an arrest of earnings order which will be given to his employer and they take it direct from his wages before he gets them. thats what happens with my ex but both he and i wanted that as i didnt trust him to pay every month and i didnt want to be left short coz he is an arse!

Thanks for that lol. He is on benefits, so not hard to hunt him down.
Also checked the CSA website, by the looks of it I can act if he hasn't told them he was going to miss a payment.
