What style of dress have you gone for?

I got married in a champage coloured 50's style swing dress with extra petticoats and i got loads of comments on how pretty it was will dig out a pic for you.

My dress is Spanish couture, 7 layers of soft ivory lace, a train, slim fitting empire line with broad lace straps and buttons up the back.
It comes with the most gorgeous veil, which trails on the ground further than the train of my dress, and has a broad lace trim in the same style as the dress

It was such a coincidence that I ran into it, too. We were looking for something inexpensive that didn't have to be custom made since we planned the wedding in 3 months. My mum got into contact with the lady on the picture, who was selling her dress and had exactly the same sizes as me! When we went over to see it it turned out to be purrfect! Originally it was soooo expensive, but we got it from her for such a friendly price with all the fantastic accessoiries
