What suplements does your DH take?

Not for any known condition, but just as a general conception aid? I got Salmon Oil for mine (which has Omega 3 and Vitamin E). I heard about Vitamin C and Zinc, but what are the best doses?

Or should I just get the Wellman Conception?

We have MF issues.My DH is on Wellman Conception and also on 15mgs of zinc with it.Things seem to be improving for us.Hope this helped xoxox
