not sure what to clean them with? for example, the baby rocker I can machine wash the cloth parts...what should i clean the frame etc with that won't be harmful to the baby?

Most anti bacterial sprays or wipes will be fine.

I just used baby wipes.

Tommee Tippee do good anti bac wipes that are suitable for dummies/bottle teats etc. I use them on Adrians high chair tray. You can get it in a spray or the packets of wipes. I used to keep them in the nappy bag in case of dirty changing tables etc.
Milton does one too but it smells horrid!
I've bought the TT ones in Boots and Mothercare. Don't know where else stocks 'em...
Tesco do do their own anti-bac wipes for childrens stuff as well.

Antibac wipes should be fine. If you have anything small to clean you could sterilise in some Milton?

I second the milton fluid and wipes, they're so useful! We actually plan on using the milton steriliser too so have plenty to hand, lol.

I've also used the Milton sterilising fluid.

Good ole fashion bleach water. 1/4 cup bleach to 1 gallon of water and a rag. Thats what we used at daycare to clean all the toys once a day here.
