That doesn't sound too good at all! I would ask for a sit down with the manager and let them know all your concerns and that you're not really happy with what's currently going on. It's a bit concerning that no one noticed his trousers were down! Are they really busy? Understaffed? Getting hurt by others shouldn't really be overlooked, in Charlie's old nursery the day was documented and that included accidents and incidents. Hope you get some answers

Thanks hun! I've calmed down a bit since writing that post! I'm just keeping a close eye on things at the moment and if there is any more incidents then I'll be sure to speak up!

Don't get me wrong I'm in no way suggesting that Adam is completely blameless in all this but I've just been somewhat hormonal the past few days!
