hello :)

We are off to Derbyshire in just under 2 weeks staying for the week about a mile away from Matlock, we are staying in a cottage, so looking for any good places to take LO, eat and what to see, within a 1 hour ish drive.

We have been once and I believe there's a lovely park in matlock bath, but we were childfree and did a lot of shopping out at some outlets when we went. not what my 18 month old will like :)

Hubby LOVES country pubs, can anyone recommend any that are child friendly please :)

thank you :flower: xxx

Cool I'm.in Derbyshire but don't know lots of places lol. Chatsworth is nice, there's a farm shop, playground and lots of land to walk. Go on www.daysoutwiththekids.co.UK and enter the area, lots of ideas on there x

Our toddler loved Crich tramway museum when we were over that way

Gullivers, the cable car, Chatsworth, Matlock farm, Bakewell.

Alton Splash Landings isn't miles away, nor is Derby or Notts.

Pancake house in Matlock is awesome.. the aquarium isn't bad either.

Heights of abraham is good if you're not scared of heights, it's very hilly though. Gullivers kingdom is good for kids.
