What to do when you can't temp?

I have lupus so I tend to run low grade fevers (99-102). When I do have a fever AND a headache I will take Tylenol. Tylenol will drastically reduce my temp to about 97.6...so getting an accurate BBT is pretty much impossible. I'm using OPKs but lately I have been getting EWCM and positive OPK during ovulation and my LP (or what I think is my LP)...so is there any other way that I can confirm O? Really want this to be our month!

I'm not too sure about this but I'd like to know the answer to this as well.

I'd say DTD every day so you don't miss it
