what to expect at the first doc appointment?

This is my second baby and im 4weeks today. I have an appointment tomorrow to see thr doc. What should i expect?

with my 1st pregnancy i didnt see my doc untill 10 weeks it was just a routine thing got blood took got my scan date and was given a few leaflets to look through - pretty boring and uneventfull lol

Lol okay. I wsnt sure if they do a pap or something. I hate them and they really hurt. Dont want to risk anything so early on.

with my first appointment was just leaflets, advice on prenatals and filling in a form to be referred to midwife. I very much doubt that they would do a pap!!

I'm pretty sure they'll do a pap if you're due one. At least my OB would as I remember being asked when my last pap was when I was pg with DS. You'll probably get loads of questions about your past pregnancy and family health history, possibly an ultrasound and blood work, and then they will probably give you information about future appointments and your pregnancy.
