What was your hcg around 5.5 weeks?

My hcg was 12,009 as of yesterday (5+4). The nurse said that was very good! I've read online that a really high hcg could be a marker for Down's syndrome. I'm assuming that would mean a lot higher than mine? I'm 35, so of course this is in my mind.

Anyone care to share their hcg's for around the same week? I'm just so grateful it went up so much from 9 days ago at 335!!

Sounds normal. Mine was 13538 at 24 DPO, so ~5.5 weeks. Mine topped out at 145000 at 14 weeks, only one baby girl in there. Btw my downs risk came back low in both 1st and 2nd tri testing.

Mine was 9900 at 5+4. I think you are in a good range doesn't seen to high to me since hcg varies so much

It's perfectly fine. Last pregnancy mine at 5w1d was 18 000! My baby girl is totally fine and no issues what so ever. I think they talk of hcg that are probably more like 50 000-100 000 at that gestation.

I know you have your answer already, but just to ease your mind even more...mine was 18,762 at 4w6d and I'm over 40 and my little 7 month old is just fine. Good luck!!
