What's Going On?

I'm due to start my period on the 25th. Today I noticed my nipples felt really sensitive which has never happened to be with just AF. I tested and got a BFN. is it possible that there's still a chance? I couldn't wait until tomorrow because I was sure it would be positive so I tested around 6pm. So I'm wondering if it just wasn't concentrated enough? I feel pretty bummed because it's only two days early so I feel like it should be accurate

It could be a symptom of AF. That happened to me last month and it never has before. Did AF ever arrive or retest?
