Started my period 2 days ago right after conceiving at 5am negative pregnancy test a day ago but 3 positive ovulation tests and one negative (the first one on the first day of my period) cramps in lower abdomin and on both sides below and between the ribs. Have a doctor's appointment in a week what do you think it could be?? Thanks
