What's this pain?

Out of the blue I started having a pain in my vagina...up high around my cervix. It hurt kind of like when dtd and cervix gets bumped too hard but there was also pain in the front of my low abdomen, to the left side slightly.
its hard to explain it but its like cramps but not AF ones. It lasted an hour and I really wanna know what it was.
I'm 22 weeks and haven't felt anything like this before.
I googled what Braxton Hicks feel like and it says they don't usually hurt so I'm confused. That's the only answer I could come up with.

I don't think it would be Braxton hicks, they wouldn't normally last as long as an hour. Maybe just the usual stretching/ ligament pain. I've been getting them on and off.

Could be the baby in a weird position? I get bashed in the cervix and it's quite painful although it never lasted as long as you're saying x

I'm really not sure ...i guess its possible baby was putting pressure on cervix..? It wasn't rlp I know that for sure. Hopefully it doesn't happen again..
