what's wrong

How small is this world!! Where abouts in midlands r u both.
Shell can't u go to a different hospital for ur appt. I don't really know much about pid.
I'm hoping for clomid to regulate me failing that after 6 months itl be Ivf or iui. I'm not sure if my day 3 bloods are ok yet but I think that's about proestegen (sp) I'm worried about my lining as I have thyroid disease but all my tests are ok so far and from what the doctor sed it would be clomid if that was the case as irregular xxx

I'm in northamptonshire :) Local FS is where i have been referred, i did contact the main hospital after my dr said she wouldn't refer me! Very very long story (in my journal if you want to read it lol) So i think i could ask, i might ring them again and ask if i get no joy this month!

Day 3 bloods should be your LH and FSH levels, day 21 is your progesterone check x

I will read ur journal. U shouldn't have to wait 4 months for a appt. I would expect Northampton hosp to be better than that.
X

It's not northampton general, it's kettering General i'm under. Northampton were the ones i rang when my GP refused to refer me.... they gave the facts and gave me a direct number to give to my GP and told me to tell her to ring them! lol If i don't get my appointment this time i will ring northampton and ask if i can move to them i think. I'm keeping my side of the deal... i've lost the weight they wanted me to, and they are not doing their bit!

Where in the midlands are you? x

I'm in derby.
I think u should do that too.
It's hideous that they are having u wait so long. I phone them in day 1 a few days after my first appt. my hsg was on day 9!! And my ultrasound was 4 days after! So bad that wer not far away yet the level of care u have had is so bad! X

I have friends in derby, nice part of the country

I've been on a break due to a fantastic opportunity to work on a cruise in august 2013 (if by some miracle i fell PG i wouldn't be able to sail after 26wks and i know i wouldn't be able to leave a much wanted young baby at home!), which is amazing for our business, but was heartbreaking to do! I have put my life on hold enough TTC over the years i couldn't turn this down! I didn't tell FS in case they refused to do my testing  ALL of which i was hoping would be over by now!!

I'm finally back on this train once AF gets here (should be early next week) - i worked it out to be February is the earliest i could fall PG (yeah like that's gonna happen lol) and still sail in august lol x

Small world indeed! I'm in Northampton too! Shells I'm new to all this but the waiting time in Northampton hasn't been too bad, got all the initial tests done really speedily and had my first FS appointment at Northampton General within a month after they were all back. It seems like a good idea to move but as I mentioned previously they only give 1 cycle of ivf if it comes to that, although Kettering may be the same as it's all Northamptonshire?

x

Very small indeed lol I'm not entitled to NHS IUI or IVF anymore under our PCT

My DH has 2 kids from a previous relationship.... therefore even though i was waiting (i had to be 30!) for ICSI with my Ex many years ago .... I'm no longer allowed it because he has kids, even though i don't have any and have never had a BFP (but i will fight that corner if i have to with appeals)

Full story is in my journal I won't bore you all with here but if you want a quick read the first couple of posts all the info is there (link in siggy) x
