What's your game plan this cycle?

What is everyone else doing this cycle to up their chances of getting that BFP? I am:

Drinking water, as much as I can get

limiting myself to 1 or 2 can's of Mt Dew a way then going grocery shopping later this week and getting caffeine free Mt. Dew and Tea

writing in a journal to try to reduce the stress level

taking my flinestone vitamin's a day(I have a HORRIBLE time swallowing pills, I gag)

getting my husband back on his one a day vitamin and extra vitamin c

I'm doing the SMEP this cycle

Eating healthy 3 meals a day and 2-3snacks a day(After the mc my appetite went way down and I've lost about 10pounds)

Using OPK's and getting better about taking my temperature at the same time everyday and checking my cervix
 
Im taking
*prenatal vitamins
*maca root
*evening primrose oil
*fertili tea
*opks
*and checking my cervix

thats all i cant eat healthy to save my life hehehe, but i do need to start drinking more water. and i need to cut down on the coke.

BDing at least every other day ALL month
Not letting it fall out :blush:
And not mentioning anything to do with TTC to my dh, it stresses him out!

Eating honey, avocados, loads of fruit and veg and no bad stuff (or at least less)!

Prenatal vitamins
Keeping my fingers and toes crossed!!

I am glad I see some ladies taking prenatals... I was wondering if I should do that while TTC or wait until I actually manage it? I don't see the harm...

Anyway, I am eating healthier and charting my cycle. I don't know about pre-seed or anything like that but I figure if we can't get a BFP in 2 or 3 cycles, I will look into what else we can do. Oh yea, and doing the BD :)
 
NatashaZ~ I would DEFINITELY take prenatals if you are TTC.. really~ any woman of a child-bearing age should. I am still taking mine daily.. and that way they are built up in your system and already at work when you get preggo! :hugs:
 
:hi: I love this... If I get a bfn this cycle or next will try a few other things like Soy..

Prenatal Vits - whole cycle
Water - the recommended 64ozs a day
Ruby Red Grapefruit juice (not from concentrate) - for fertile CM until O day
Mucinex to thin out fertile CM until O day
:sex: CD10, CD12, CD14-CD16 (SMEP)
Instead Softcups to keep :spermy:s in
eat healthier and exercise (take a 30 min after dinner)
no coffee during O time

Wheatgrass and royal jelly and pregnacare then positive thinking and less obsessing
