I'm 16 weeks measuring 21 weeks. My uterus is palpating two fingers above my belly button.

I've been measuring 5 weeks ahead for a long time now. At 13 weeks I was palpating 18 weeks. At 9 weeks I was palpating 14 weeks.

I'm a little surprised the growth hasn't begun to even out yet.

From what I understand, fundal height is very inaccurate before 20 weeks. I'm 26 weeks, measuring dead on.

I have never been measured before 24 weeks. At 17+4 the MW had a feel and was under my belly button which she said was fine. Last time with my twins I measured exactly for the weeks until 31 weeks then I was measuring 2 weeks ahead. Only been measured once yet with this one and I was measuring exactly again, just under 25cm at 24+4.

SFH measurements using measuring tape in cm's is only accurate after 20 weeks, but uterune size assessments using landmarks (pubic bone and umbilicus) are also usually fairly accurate prior to twenty weeks.
