Okay so I am 32 years old and have 35 days cycles, O usually on CD 20 and sometimes spotting between AF and O (but its not O spotting) i have heard good things about vitex but i have heard it can mess you up more. im not sure what to do. please share any experiences with vitex. we are not TTC yet, by the way i have another child my cycles were fine(28 or 30 days) till i had my baby and i didnt breastfeed. I just want to not have to wait to ovulate so late!
