When did you find out the gender?

Just wondering when you all found out the sex of the baby. When I go for my next ultrasound i will be 15 weeks give or take a day or two. Do you think my OB would tell me then or is it still to early? I just wanna know already! This waiting is driving me nuts!

I found out today.. here they say to be accurate no sooner than 16 weeks x

I think it depends weather it is clear or not, as last thing they want to be is wrong with what they say. We out at our second scan

I found out at 15w3d at a private 3D ultrasound we booked, the tech said she was 100% sure it was a girl then and she was right!

We found out at exactly 18 weeks. It might be more accurate when done later than 15 weeks, but if you get a good potty shot you could get a good guess as to what he/she is. Good luck xx

I was 3 days off 16 weeks at my last scan and I asked my MW (who I have known for ten years now) if she could have a look just to see if she could see what it was ... She refused and told me that its a sonographers job to tell you at your big scan .. I know rules vary from hospital to hospital but apparently at mine its only a Doctor or Sonographer thats Allowed to tell ??

My cousin was told a boy at her 20 week scan and asked MW to confirm it at her next scan and again MW says they are not Allowed to ..

Your hospital may be happy to have a look and a guess tho, all im saying is try not to do what I did and get ur hopes up as I was really dissapointed when she wouldnt even have a look

I found out at 16+5 he was a boy,
had it confirmed at 19 weeks at a emergency scan,
had it reconfirmed he was a boy at my 20 week anatomy scan!

Found out at 18 weeks. Before 16 weeks it's hard to tell because girl parts and swollen and enlarged and can be confused for boys'

I found out this past Monday at 17 weeks at 2 days. I went to a private ultrasound place that does gender (I was too impatient to wait for the anatomy scan...plus they don't even guarantee you that they'll be able to tell if baby isn't cooperating). My ultrasound place won't even due gender scans until 17 weeks to be sure that they give you 100% accuracy...and I agree with the previous posters saying anything before 16 weeks isn't 100% accurate.

I found out by amino at 15weeks.... (this wasn't why I had the amino tho!)So for me mine is a certain.. I did get an incorrect 20 week scan where I was told I was having a girl and I had a boy so I personally wouldn't believe a scan ever again!

Found out at 20.3 weeks and I'm having another girl Between 16-22 weeks are pretty much accurate if babies are being cooperate. Good luck!

I found out at 19+5 and it took us about an hour b/c he was being difficult

Found out at 17+1 and will have it confirmed tomorrow at the 20 wk scan (can't wait!).

The private location we went to starts gender scanning at 15 weeks, but they recommend waiting until 17 weeks if you're driving a long distance because at that point it's easier to tell.

I found out at 14+1 by cvs results (like the pp that had amnio, not why I had it!!). So 100% definetly having a boy. Oh doesn't want to know though. So hard keeping it a secret!x
