When did you start feeding your child snacks?

I feel as if I were doing nothing but feeding all day - breastfeed, breakfast, breastfeed for nap, lunch, breastfeed for nap (if it happens), dinner, breastfeed for bedtime, breastfeed when she wakes unand can't go back to sleep. HV says I should give at least two snacks (solids) a day, but I don't see when. There just aren't enough hours in a day.

At what age did you start feeding snacks? How much food did you give?

I started replacing breastfeeds for snacks in the morning round 10 months. So my 11am feed became 11am rice cake/breadsticks/fruit/yogurt instead.

I still feed (bottle now) before pm nap and give a little snack when he wakes up from that nap, we share a banana or something similar, cubes of cheese, few pieces of pasta.

Eventually I'll replace the bottle with a snack but I don't see me being able to do that until he drops to one nap!
