When did your period return???

I am 9 1/2 weeks pp and I never breastfed and I still haven't started my period. I had spotting for a day and some cramping which made me think I was going to start, but nothing. I also tend to get nauseous every day, but I am on birth control. When I started spotting I started my bc and when I realized it wasn't my period I kept taking it cause I didn't want it to get messed up for another month. Could it be because of my birth control or is this normal?

I'm breasfeeding but at 3.5 months mine still hasn't come back.

I had mine about 4 weeks after stopping BF, and then started BC. It can take a while, I had a rather short wait.

I got mine at 5.5 weeks PP and yeah it hurt and the cramps were bad, its day five and still there but very faint

mine was after about 6 weeks even tho i was breastfeeding
