when do i overlate

i had my period 13 of september i always have a 28 day cylce so when will i overlate

Its hard to say when you will ovulate, but most would say if you have a 28 day cycle you would ovulate around Cycle day 14.

Yeah it should generally be around day 14, if you want to know exactly then it might be worth buying some OPKs as these will help you to know for sure
