when do u test if not sure of cycle?

hey girls...

I came off bcp in october and cycle had been different every month... also havent been charting etc as wanted to try to keep everyhting as natural and unpressured as possible at first... but now i dont know when to test?

Last was 10th january. What do u guys do??

I would recommend charting your periods or trying BBT. I am thinking that is the only accurate way to predict your O time.

If you have a 28 day cycle then you are very close to testing now - AF should be due in the next few days....approx 7th Feb

since i came off bcp cycles been between 28 and 34... im terrified of getting bfn i really want to test.. but dont want to have a neg just cause its too early! Dont know what to do!!
