When do you take your decorations down?

Mine came down on the 27th. Last year it was first thing Boxing Day! Lol

Once the christmas meal is over and done with its just clutter to me.. Plus we need the space for toys. X

Update: Ours are now down. Now I feel a bit gutted!

Don't have any up this year but normally I'd take them down on the 6th (12th day)

Normally I leave it all up until 2nd week of January, as I just like to look at it, lol. We took it all down Tuesday this week, though, as we were having a new years eve party at our house and needed it all out of the way to make space for guests to not be too crowded.

We put them up 1st dec and would normally keep then till the 6th jan but after a month of paying no attention to the tree LO decided she just HAD to have the tinsel yesterday so it all came down.

My OH fell asleep on the bed at about 1AM so I took the tree down a wee bit drunk  no breakages though. It was nice to wake up to a house that was relatively back to normal. I hate the tree being up after New Year. The shops still still had christmas music on yesterday and my face was like this :growlmad:

Usually on or just before 6th (12th day Christmas) depending on when I've got time to do it. Never later than 6th though. But I love the tree so put it up 1st December or very soon after usually too.

Same here, but our tree was looking pitiful so its already been undressed. The branches were drooping...we had some issues with the stand and manhandled it a lot, and it may have gone without water for a while...

Took mine down today so I could do it without "helpers"

I was in the house myself today so all the decorations came down!! I couldn't do it with anybody else here wanting to "help"!! That said, I'm leaving it up to my OH to put them in the loft.

Normally, I aim for New Years Day. There was a lack of christmas spirit in our household this year, so everything was down within a few days after. The tree is still on the back porch waiting to be dragged away, but that's not my responsibility.
