when does the 'chat happy' 'addict' thing change?

silly question i know but i am curious, i didn't realise for ages that i had changed from active to chat happy, then for some reason i had me thinking it was 2000 posts for addict, but now i realised i'm well past 2000 and its not changed, so when does that happen?
yes, i want to be an addict!
