Ive had 5 m/c and my period arrived within 4 to 6 weeks with all.

Any longer is best to have a scan just to make sure everything has cleared.

I've had 8 miscarriages and it's taken anywhere from 5 to 8 weeks for my first period to show up after. For some women, AF may be a little late but only by a few days but for me she's shown 3-4 weeks after my hCG has dropped back to 0.
