When is day one of my cycle??

I started spotting on Monday (tmi) brown spotting until just now I've just red blood, is Monday or today day one of this cycle?
This is my first cycle after coming off my pill...

I would say when you start seeing red blood... But I wouldn't judge things based on this cycle, hopefully by the next one things will normalize and you will get a clear picture (and hopefully a BFP )

Day 1 is when you have red blood and enough to need a tampon or pad. Many women spot the day before.
