Hi Ladies,
My name is Choc (chcltbnny) and I am want to be a mom. I just got the third call this month (the shortest month of the year) that a friend was expecting. I dont know if I can muster any more enthusiastic "Congratulations!" I don't want to go to anymore baby stores to buy gifts for baby showers when it feels like I am never going to have one of my own.
My story - 4 m/cs during my 20's - all blight ovums. I never got to see or hear a heart beat. Never got past week 6. I met the man of my dreams who would give me the world including go through a battery of fertility tests (he has no issues). He has 4 wonderful children that I love but I want my own. I have been trying to conceive with for the past three years - I have never been on b/c with him.
Initially I had low egg quality, I went to acupuncture religiously and took supplements - and was able to improve the quality. I had great production on Menapor but nothing. My RE says that I have no issues, but I can not get pregnant and if I do - I am so scared that I will not stay pregnant.
So here I am with new insurance, new job that gives me a little flexibility to try again - I am going to get ready to start the journey again and hopefully be able to call my friends and tell them that I am pregnant.
I am waiting on DAY 1 which is this Saturday and start a fresh with another batter of test and expectations! Hope someone will join me on this journey...
