hi ladies
so glad I've found this site! It has been so much help and I've found so many wonderful ideas. It's also so nice to hear about everybody's traditions.
Just looove it!
:winkwink:
My question to you is when do you know that you have all you need for christmas (in terms of presents) and how do you know it's too much?
I have a few things already for my 2 kids and my OH thinks it's too much, but I don't... Is it really bad to spoil them? I think I feel a bit guilty.
What do you think?
What can I tell him next time he starts the discussion again?
thank you!

As long as you can afford I don't think there's a thing as too much. Not in my opinion anyway  xx

I'm with ou on that one but OH keeps saying mone could go elsewhere, ie buy less and save it for them... and other things too...

When you get into debt i guess  i dont care what my OH says. If I want to buy her another thing I will :D Its my money, i worked hard for it and i'll spend it how I wish :D

I don't know hun, but if you find the answer will you let me know lol

I have went overboard again this year, after saying all year that I wouldn't :(

At least im not the only one! I guess its a mother's instinct to provide but may be what he says starts getting to me now. hes not nasty when he says it but he's so much against the consumption society, he does get upset when he sees so much toys around ...

I spoil my son rotten and everyone says i go overboard. But its the only time of the year i spoil him that much. If you wanna buy more, go out and do it and stuff everyone else! as long as your not getting yourself into money problems. My boy isnt getting much this year because i cant afford it. And i hate it!! have fun! :)
