When is the best time to start charting after mc

Hi all do I have to wait for first af before charting my temprature ect im still bleeding from mc and just have no idea when I should start checking for ovulation thanks all

I started charting again just a fews day after my miscarriage. My temperatures were all over the place for a week or so, then dropped to my usual pre-ovulation levels for a few days, then rose to my usual post-ovulation temps. Basically, weirdness for a week and then a pretty normal looking chart, and just started AF yesterday right on time according to the chart, so I guess I ovulated. Now I'm counting down the days until I ovulate (usually the same day every month) so we can try again!

Hope this helps, I was wondering the same thing right after my miscarriage.

I started charting again as soon as I stopped bleeding, and so far, my chart looks normal. Temps are exactly where I would expect them to be pre-O.

I just started today. I stopped spotting a few days ago. We're NTNP and not hoping for a BFP because I want to get checked to see if we can avoid going through this again.

I'm temping because not knowing if ovulation and AF are on time will drive me nuts.
