When to decorate nursery?

I am so confused about this one.

I really would love to have Charlie's Nursery complete for when he arrives, I still have 13 weeks to go before my c-section providing he doesnt come early like his big bro Harry.

I was thinking to maybe start it after my 30 weeks scan, but I dont know, I just feel too scared still, I have bought loads of stuff for him as we started saving as soon as i found out i was expecting then at 20 weeks we bought almost everything we need. We just need now his furniture set, Cot, Wardrobe and chest of drawers, waiting for HIPG to come through to help with the cost of that.

But then thinking of it realistically, He wont be in his own room till he is 6 months old anyway so is there really a rush or need to do it for him coming? I could do it once I have recovered from C-Section.

When would you do it?? xxx

I think after your 30 week scan would be a good time to have it ready. I dont knwo when your section is booked for. But if you start at 30 weeks it gives you time to get it all done by 35 weeks i wouldnt think you would want to be doing it much after then x

I have ordered all my little princess nursery furniture to come when i start my maternity leave at 36 weeks. The room is already painted cream, had it done for Harry!! so i am planning on having it ready for before she arrives even though she will be in our room for the first couple of months just want everything put away and ready for her!! xx
