When to expect to bleed?

I should be around 5 weeks. HCG was 45 two days ago. Tests went from strong to nothing, today. When do I expect to bleed now that my hcg is close to 0?

I have started bleeding either when my line on the hpt was faint or it turned negative, and I bled a couple of days after.

I was bleeding while my HCG was 3000 at 6wks and then for weeks after.

Just started bleeding this morning. Cramps have been bad off and on. Haven't passed anything yet though. I had some 550mg of naproxen left over from giving birth last year. Took one of those which seems to help a little.

The week I got pregnant, before I knew, I had dental work done and was given gas. Wondering if that's why i miscarried. Guess I'll never know..

Nope thats not why you lost your baby. Dont blame yourself.

The only comfort I can find is that I have one crawling around in diapers. I think it might be harder if not for that. In a way I feel lucky. I know so many women go through this without ever having a baby.

At the same time, when I found out I was pregnant again, I was so happy that I still had all of my baby gear and clothes from having a baby last year. It was an unexpected BFP and I was nervous how I would handle two babies at once, but I was excited too. Ugh..I think I have mixed emotions about the loss. I dont know if I should feel sad or content with the outcome. A part of me wants to try for -one last one- or just be happy with what I have. I feel like my time is running out.
