when to stop epo?

I had a positive opk last night, so was wondering should i not take epo anymore or have one last one today?
I dont temp so i dont know if i will ovulate today or tomorrow, ff is saying today is ovulation day because of the opk ( i dont temp as i have very restless sleep so wouldnt work for me) as i seem to ovulate different days each month to.

Stop taking it today, generally the day u see ur pos opk as it might happen in the next 12 hrs (just to b on the safe side!) x
