when will i get af?

i had a mmc and found out at 11weeks that bean had stopped growing at 8 weeks. its been 4 weeks 1 day since my d and c. when will i get my af? i have been ttc this month and my month has been like this:
d and c 17th june
bleeding stops 24th june
spotting on 3rd july
and then more spotting on 10th july
been getting pretty constant cramps since last week
and for the past few days been getting thick creamy/yellowish cm. (sorry tmi!)
i did a test this morning and was bfn i just want af to show up (or a bfp lol)

Everyone's different hun, so AF can vary. I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks, and didn't get AF till 7 weeks later. I know how frustrating it is, so hoping she comes soon for you!

It seems to be that furthur on you were when mc the longer it takes, I am still waiting for AF as not long since my mc @ nearly 7 weeks although I have all the signs I am about to ovulate

Try not to worry to much about it and let your body relax - I had a similar story and it took me weeks and weeks for cycle to return - I think my body went into shock and I wished I had not worried so much! Take the time to recuperate even though it's really hard
