When will I get my period after my miscarriage?

I miscarried 4 weeks ago. I was 5 weeks 4 days pregnant. I still have not had a period since it happened. When did you get your first period post miscarriage?

I'm feeling frustrated with my body. 2 years if trying just to miscarry. Now bc my hormones are crazy I'm having trouble losing weight and I still haven't started a period. I wish I would so we could start trying again! My BETA levels are already back in the negatives too so I don't have any more pregnancy hormones in my system.

Anyone else feel like a stranger to your own body?

I miscarried on 3/13/14 and had AF on 4/8 hope yours comes soon!

With my losses, my period would usually show 3-4 weeks after my hCG dropped back to 0 or my hpts went negative. Depending on how far along I was, it could take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks before my hCG would be negative so AF would show anywhere from 5 weeks to almost 8 weeks post miscarriage. Hopefully AF shows up soon as I know well how that waiting can be a kicker. Good luck.
