When will it end????

I had excision surgery on June 26th. I have been spotting/bleeding for 24 days now. I started metformin on the 26th of July because of PCOS. Has anyone else had a hard time having a cycle after endo surgery?? I have also been charting and it is staying under 97.0. It's up and down in the 96 range. I never thought that it was going to be this hard getting straightened out.. I start on 1500mg tomorrow of metformin....Feeling very frustrated!!!
