Where can you find the official top 100 list of names ?

There seems to be a few variations on this ... does anyone know where the official list might be or has anyone seen a good one ?

Really like the name Sophie if it is a girl, but would prefer this if it wasnt in the top 10

Yeah I used the above link - it only includes 2008 as the official stats for 2009 don't come out until september this year!
