I'm 5'8" and weigh 135-145 lbs (it fluctuates).
I ride my bike (bicycle) about 3-5 miles 2-3x a week - so I get a mild amount of exercise. I'm losing weight, and have good abdominal muscles.. but, the more weight I'm losing, the more BOOTY I'm losing!
Any diet or exercise tips for getting my butt back?
