I normally take my temp at 4am, however this morning I woke up at 3am so I took my temp since I knew 1 hour more of sleep wouldn't be enough. My temp was 97.21, that is pretty low. My normal temp is around 97.7 before O (i'm not sure if I've ovulated, my body keeps acting like it's trying to, but I haven't had a a true temp rise yet, just a few dips). Well then I took my temp again at 6am and it was 97.68 which is close to my pre-o temps.
There's a big difference between the two temps, so I'm not sure which I should use?? I read somewhere that you shouldn't take your temp before 4am so I'm wondering if I should throw that 3am temp out? Whats your opinion?
