Which to trust, CM or OPK

Hi ladies,

Any help much appreciated, or advise.

I had loads of CM on Sunday morning. ( and BD'd) was expecting my smily face on OPK today and never got it.

I'm concerned I may not have ovulated this month.

Do I trust the CM that I did, or may I still yet ovulate, even though 4 days after EWCM?

Any advise on which is most reliable would be much appreciated :0)

Tracking CM is not 100% in determining ovulation. You can have ewcm many times theoughout your cycle and it doesnt mean you are ovulating or fertile. Also, if you get a positive opk that isn't 100% that you will ovulate, your body can gear up to ovulate and never do it. The ony way to confirm ovulation is by temping. Do you do this? A blood test for progesterone 7dpo would indicate ovulation too since after you o you start producing progesterone. Hope this helps!!
