Which types of food is very beneficial for my health?

Hello friends, i am very fat and i want to lose my weight, so please give me some suggestion that which types of food is very beneficial for my health? Please reply me soon.
 
Food that is natural or wholefoods.
Fruit/Veg, Complex Carbs.
 
Quinoa.. More of a protein than a carb! Full of essential amino acids.. Replace any grains you have with this

Coconut water - like a natural sports drink, full of potassium.. Good after a workout!

Flaxseeds - full of lots of goodies but in particular omega 3!

Fruit and veg - im sure i dont need to explain!

Water!!

Cultured vegetables - basically pickled veg but made at home with probiotics! Gets rid of cravings (for sweet stuff especially) and 'cleans' the gut!
