While i was pregnant

In 2011 to 2012 at about 8 1/2 months I had an ovarian torsion (twisted ovary) and had emergency surgery which then led to a C-section at 39 weeks. Well now I'm scared that I will need a C-section with the next baby. Anyone with a similar problem?

Every pregnancy is a little different. My pregnancies with my first and second child were very different. I would speak to your doctor about your concerns. The reason for my first section was unlikely to happen again and my uterus was in great condition so I was told I could deliver vaginally. It's really a pregnancy by pregnancy thing.
