white spots around nipples?

Im sure youre all gonna say its completely normal but...

Ive just noticed quite a few white bumps around my nipples. After inspecting them one of them popped (sorry tmi) and it was like a thick creamy substance that came out. Theyrenot sore or anything but just wanted to see if anyone else has them? Like i said im guessing youre all gonna say theyre normal xx

i too have those, have also noticed pigment around nipples has changed to a pink here and there. I dont think its anything to worry about as mine arent sore either. I make sure i moisterize them when doing bump now im getting bigger in case they get dry.

my nipples are quite sensitive now and Ive noticed a small amount of sticky clear and creamy liquid from them over the last three weeks or so which I presume is colostrum. I am 32 weeks x

Yeah ive noticed a clear liquid coming from my nipples too. Just been and bought a nipple moisturiser so will start with that tonight.

Ive been using palmers stretch mark cream on my boobs as well as my bump which is keeping them nice and soft lol x

i have them too! weird but obviously normal
