White Spots on Nipples at 7dpo

I have these white pimple looking spots around my aereola and the tip of my nipple has a round white end?!
I'm 7dpo and my breasts are also quite heavy and feel bruised to touch at the nipple area.
Does this sound familiar to anyone else's symptoms?

Oh my yes!!!! the bruising the heaviness, the fullness, and i have what i can only describe as what looks like clogged ducts, but i never really examined them when i wasn't on TWW so I don't know if its any different than normal. going nuts! don't want to test too early, but i just keep smiling and saying to myself 'I'm having a girl and her name is Rose'.... now i guess everyone will think i am nuts!

That's exactly how I feel! The white spots I never really paid attention too but I have been this time because of the associated pain. There's no doubt that my breasts are bigger and fuller than usual. I'm even weighing myself every day thinking I must be gaining weight but that's not the case.
What's throwing me off even more is I started Fertility Blend for Woman last month and it could just be higher progesterone from the vitex.
In any case, the white pimple looking dots are very different!!

The white spots are montgomery glands. I have them all the time, my nipples are very bumpy, LOL! They can become more noticeable during pregnancy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Areolar_glands
