White spots on the nipples

Hi ladies. I am in the 2ww and while I was in the shower I noticed what looked like little white specks on my actual nipple. The part that gets hard.

They are gone now that I am out of the shower.

Any idea what it is? Hoping for a BFP. I have sore, itchy nipples and my breasts hurt on the sides.
