Who has/had pains at 4 weeks?

I don't remember any early pain last time but this last 2 days I've had cramps and pulling pains in my tummy and my vagina and I keep thinking I'm bleeding as I get a tiny gush of discharge but no blood.

I'm much more nervous this pregnancy as I found out so early (11dpo) and also I've known a lot of people have miscarriages recently.

Anyone else?

Me! I remember from my first being uncomfortable, but this time I was a bit more crampy...I've known for a week and a half about my pregnancy. Plus now its settled down quite a bit. I am also having a lot of discharge which is super annoying!

I had cramps at 4 weeks..still do now and then...

Lots of weird pains ...but early on aas more like period pains but i heard its just your body gettin used to it xx

Almost 11 weeks and still getting random cramping. It's apparently normal as long as it isn't accompanied with red blood

Love this post. I'm 4 weeks (I think) I have been having pain on my right side of my tummy. I just had a m/c so I'm terrified. Everytime I go to the toilet i keep expecting to see blood. I wish i could just took into the future and see if this pregnancy is going to result in a healthy baby or not 😢

Me! I also called my OB about this. Feels like menstrual cramping. He said it's super normal uterus stretching. It's pretty much gone now but I've had it on and off quite strong too!

I did. From 4 weeks til 12 weeks I had pulling shooting pains pretty regularly. It could be your round ligaments which can start early....just watch for spotting. It can be normal to have some brown or light pink spotting as it is about the same time as your af..... if you start experiencing extreme pain or bleeding go to the hospital. Otherwise its probably normal....
Fyi I am now almost 29 weeks pregnant with my first.

This is my first pregnancy and the crampy feeling only just recently went away. It still comes and goes occasionally, but it was constant for a while. I always felt like AF was going to appear, even though I've seen my baby twice already. So it's completely normal.

Cramping/aches/pulling has been my only main symptom this far which started shortly after suspected implantation. Had a lot of discharge earlier on in my first pregnancy but not really any this time around, though my cervix is verrrry high and closed right now.

Definitely having cramping pains here at 5 weeks! This is my very first, so trying not to stress, but yea, definitely some pain.
