GO SEE A CHIROPRACTOR!!!! 
I was in agony. I couldn't walk more than a few minutes my back felt so stiff. I have weakening in my arms, pain in my buttocks, shooting pains in my legs. It is all caused by a pinched nerve. Then I went to see my chiro this morning, he did his magic and though I do not feel even close to one hundred percent better... I was able to go for a half hour walk!! I am not in my usual agony right now. I will have to return on tuesday and go weekly for a while, but trust me ladies, it works!!
Just thought I would share. It makes your life a lot easier, especially if you have another LO to run after like I do.
