I lifted weights and walked on the treadmill regularly before I got pregnant. In my first trimester I had some complications and was told not to do anything physical. Last time I went to the dr she said I could now do light walking, upper body weights and prenatal yoga. I'm slowly trying to get back into it. I'm starting to really feel the weight I'm putting on. I know going back to the gym will really help my mood and my body. Next week I'm really going to get serious about it. I'm excited to see/feel the changes I will have.
