Who to believe?...

Okay so, I don't know who to believe at this point-- Boyfriend says he thinks I'm prego, I think I'm not. Don't want to believe something just to be crushed when it turns out not to be ya know. Anyways, He says hes noticed a few things, such as bigger more sore boobs, and me being tired more, My last "period" was only 2 days of spotting, and I do feel nausious on and off. (but i think that ones in my head) i just feel...well "off" like I'm not really myself, and i want to believe him, I mean he was right last time,but that one sadly ended in a misscarriage at 2 months

I have a doctors appointment in the morning, and at this point can't sleep because I just want to know already is it gonna be a yes or a no....

I just hope this goes well. Sorry, just needed to rant a bit....
