who wants to keep a food diary with me?

Basically over the last few months I have eaten some crap, not gained any weight but would love to start eating healthy :) so I though we could keep a food diary and share what we have eaten and maybe help motivate each other into healthy/better diets :)
 
today

breakfast: go ahead bars
snack about 12: strawberries
lunch: will be bangers and mash
dinner: not sure yet
 
Me and my friend do this but with photos via whatsap instead. I will. Although not gona be that great today I don't think. I'm the same as you. I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm a size 10. But I want to be healthier.

Today so far.

Dairylea sandwich on wholemeal bread.
3 olives (that's all that was left in the jar :haha:)
Half a pot of low fat cottage cheese with pineapple.
That was my breakfast n lunch combined. I'll update later :)

so lunch was bangers and mash :)
we are planning a chippy dinner

snacks: crisps and chocolate!
 
So joining. Posted in the other thread so wont bore you again...Might take a pic of my home made quiche if it comes out alright :haha: Home grown veg in it too
 
yay varenne :) last day of eating crap today :) yeah upload a picture of it :) oh I am so jealous I want to grow my own fruit and veg :(
 
Count me in!

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, OJ and a small bowl of cookie crisp

Lunch: Toasted ham, cheese and chicken sandwich with wotsits, and an apple.

Snack: Alpen bar

Dinner: Cod cakes, potatoes and veg.

I'm trying! I've eaten so much junk lately and I wan't to cut out the crap to lose some baby weight.

Add my evening snack:
Raw carrots and a dip... and a couple of doritos to finish the dip!
 
I've eaten a lot of crap today!! Lol

Hii, count me in! Im trying to eat healthier!

Todayy I've eaten
- Coco pops (oops)
- Pitta with salad and tuna
- Spag bol
- Chocolate bar (oops again)
 
Yesterday was:
Breakfast: cup of tea.
Lunch: 1.5 slices of wholemeal toast, beans & cheese.
Dinner: cottage pie with gravy, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower.
Evening snack(s)!: handful of chocolate buttons, curly wurly chocolate and 2 slices of bread with light cheese spread (can I count this as a reaalllllly late breakfast instead of a snack? Lol)
 
I'll join in. I'm trying to shift a stone before Christmas but I tend to give in after a few weeks so hopefully this will keep me going. I'm also trying to cram in as much fruit and veg as I can.

so yesterday I had-

breakfast- porridge
snack-apple
dinner-cheese sandwich and crisps (family over so quick and easy)
snack- Birthday cake!
tea-beef, carrots squash potatoes and kale

Then oh came home with a present which was cheese biscuits and wine, I stuffed myself with that :( boo!

So today hasn't started well either
breakfast- half a goats cheese pizza - only 300 cals so I don't feel to bad haha just not very healthy

welcome everyone :)!

so today I am starting (or trying) to eat healthy, I am just up so will update after on what I actually have :) but hoping it goes like this,

breakfast: strawberries
lunch: baked potato, or soup and sandwich (going shopping with mum and sister so will end up eating out but I always have this when we are shopping :)
dinner: no idea, going food shopping to so will decide after that :)
 
Breakfast: Coco Pops and oj.
Lunch: Panini with ham, cheese and peach and a cup of tea.
Snack: Choc chip cookie and a glass of milk.

dinner: will prob be cottage pie or chicken kievs them apple pie or strawberries :)
 
I've done a bit better today

Bfast. 2 slices Wholemeal bread with dairylea. Cup of tea.
Lunch. 2 vegetable burgers with baked beans and green beans on the side. Cup of tea. 'Chewee' cereal bar.

Salad Tea. Egg mayo. (2 eggs) cucumber sticks and humous. A slice of thick wiltshire ham.

That's all so far.

dinner, I had nacho cheese chicken mushroom potato salad and coleslaw.
apple pie in the oven as we speak
